Built around the work of teaching
Ethos Direct was founded by Paul and Sarah. When Paul couldn't find authentic videos to support his construction students, he began filming tradespeople at work. Sarah used her learning and development experience to turn that footage into complete teaching resources.
Their shared aim is to help learners understand why safety rules exist, put them into practice and feel confident speaking up when something does not seem right.
